Take a trip back in time: In 1928, a star was born when Walt Disney Studios released an animated short film featuring a lovable character known worldwide as Disney’s Mickey Mouse. Now, the Disney Steamboat Willie 1928 inspired watch pays homage to that cinematic milestone with a vintage-inspired black-and-white illustration by Disney artist Jeff Shelly showcasing the character setting off the boat’s whistle on a silver-tone dial with rose gold-tone accents. Citizen first produced this watch as part of Walt Disney’s 100th anniversary celebration in 2023, and this new version is refreshed with an embossed brown leather strap. Plus, it’s sustainably powered by any light with our Eco-Drive technology and never needs a battery.
