The film that kickstarted the Disney Renaissance is back in glorious live action, directed by Rob Marshall. The Little Mermaid returns this May with Halle Bailey as the iconic mermaid Ariel, who wants to experience the human world for herself. But she makes a deal with Ursula, played by Melissa McCarthy, to trade her beautiful voice for human legs in order to go on land and reunite with Prince Eric, played by Jonah Hauer-King.
